MEDIA RELEASE | Webb Dock Bridge Chosen For Unique Music Video Shoot 10th Sept 2015

Inaway Productions announces Webb Dock Bridge, Docklands as location for unique music video shoot during the night of 10^th September 2015.

Filming will commence 7pm Thursday 10^th September and conclude around 2am the next day.

Sean McIntyre, producer at Inaway Productions says that although filming will take on the bridge itself, locals will not be inconvenienced. Access for pedestrians and cyclists will remain open at all times as the size of the cast and crew is minimal.

“The production will operate under a film permit issued by City of Melbourne”, said Mr McIntyre. 

“We are notifying all local residents via their body corporate managers as well as business owners and  in the surrounding area. Victoria Police will also be informed of our activities”.

“We plan to set-up near the eastern entrance to Webb Dock Bridge, Docklands”, said Mr McIntyre.

“Although we will be filming some distance away from people and properties, noise levels will be kept to a minimum”.

To ensure broad distribution and notice of upcoming filming, residents will be letter dropped and/or emailed. A media release will be issued to Docklands Chamber of Commerce, Melbourne City Mission and editors at Docklands City News and Southbank City News.

Inaway Productions, Wise Words Media and Callumny Films recently completed similar corporate image film productions for Ferntree Gully Nissan, All Over Bins and VB Granite. These projects were commissioned to take advantage of evolving digital marketing tactics, techniques and strategies aimed at enhancing social media ROI, audience reach and engagement.

• from approx south of northern approach at bridge mid-point over Yarra river to southern bridge exit at eastern side of Webb bridge alongside Yarra River  | GOOGLE MAP

WHEN

Filming will commence 7pm Thursday 10^th September and conclude around 2am the next day.

• Access to the bridge for both pedestrians and cyclists will be maintained at all times throughout the above hours. 
• In order to secure your own safety and that of the cast and crew, the Eastern entrance/exit and Northern entrance/exit to Webb Dock Bridge, Docklands will be restricted to the Western side of Webb Dock Bridge, Docklands as already defined by the steel barrier that runs along the bridge for the length of the area we will be using. 
• Pedestrians and cyclists will still be able to enter Webb Dock Bridge, Docklands and will have right of way.
• Marshalls will be stationed at either end of the shoot location on Webb Dock Bridge, Docklands: Northern entry/exit point and Eastern entry/exit point.
• City of Melbourne Council and Victoria Police have been notified of the music video production and film shoot. Our activities will be carried out in accordance with all of the rules and regulations of both of these organisations.
