FILM | 'Time Apart' - Casting News With a Sci-fi Twist

Actor Sean McIntyre has completed filming a key support role as 'Michael' in 'Time Apart', a clever romantic/drama with a sci-fi twist.

Produced as part of the Lean Filmmaking micro-budget feature accelerator program, ‘Time Apart’ is the debut feature film from writer/director Ric Forster (Neighbours, Footballer Wants A Wife) and producer Melanie Rowland (Holding The Man, The Sun and Moon, Vanished, Neighbours Vs Zombies).

Strongman Pictures Entertainment today announced that production has begun on their 4th do-it-yourself genre feature, entitled TARNATION featuring actor Sean McIntyre in a key role as 'THE BOSS'.
When Oscar is fired, and her boyfriend walks out (taking the cat), she heads to a remote cabin in the woods outside a ghost town called TARNATION. Here she plans to reflect on her life choices.

FILM | Media Release - 'SheBorg Massacre': Teaser Trailer Now Live

The chaos is even nearer for actor Sean McIntyre thanks to the Halloween release of the teaser trailer for Daniel Armstrong's eagerly awaited 'SHEBORG MASSACRE'.

The latest do-it-yourself, exploitation, splatstick is from Strongman Pictures Entertainment. As 'Mayor Jack Whiteman', Sean McIntyre features in a key lead role as the father of 'Dylan' - a tough as nails, Tank Girl-esque rebel-without-a-clue heroine.

As of 11th November, the trailer has achieved an astonishing - yet hardly surprising - 41 000 views on  www.Facebook.com/StrongManPix.

ARTS | Interview - SYN FM: Sean McIntyre and his 'KIDS' at MTC's NEON Festival

'Get Cereal' hosts Ross, David and Chris were joined in the SYM FM studios by writer/producer Sean McIntyre to chat about his new 60 minute play for the stage: 'KIDS'. 

'KIDS' is part of the prestigious 2015 NEON Festival of Independant Theatre. Presentation of the play as a script reading is thanks to MTC CONNECT and MTC’s long-term goal to reflect Melbourne’s cultural diversity and to reduce the cultural myopia that has inhabited the theatre community in Australia.

MEDIA RELEASE | First Reading Of Sean McIntyre's 'KIDS' at MTC’s Neon Festival Of Independent Theatre

MEDIA RELEASE  | Told through the eyes of seven children drawn from diverse local and ethnic multicultural backgrounds, 'KIDS' delves into pressing issues facing Australian society. It tackles ideas of identity, empathy and migration, exploring Australia’s attitudes to immigration.

'KIDS' takes inspiration from the classic Latin American play 'Juegos A La Hora De La Siesta', by Polish-born Argentinian playwright Roma Mahieu, a critical, subversive and highly political commentary on the Argentinean dictatorship.

A future staged version of this work will be directed by Ivan Rojas. This reading is presented by Jimmy Flinders Productions.
